HOW DO I PAY?
All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars. Direct Debit and Credit Card facilities available.

HOW DO I CHECK IN?
Keys are available every day 7.00am to 11.30pm at our office 154 The Terrace, Wellington. Key collection can be made outside these hours by prior arrangement.

CANCELLATION POLICY?
A deposit of one week's rental is required to confirm reservations of one week or longer. For stays of less than a week, either payment in full or credit card guarantee is required. A cancellation fee may be charged for late cancellations. Late cancellation is less than 24 hours notice for stays of one week or less and 48 hours for longer term.

ARE APARTMENTS AVAILABLE LONG-TERM?
Yes, we welcome tenants on a long term basis. Rents can be negotiated on this basis.

ARE PETS WELCOME?
Under the Body Corporate Rules, pets are not allowed in the building.

ARE THERE SMOKING AND NON-SMOKING APARTMENTS?
The whole of the Quest Atrium complex is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on external balconies only.
